Please contact NOLA Art Therapy and Counseling at elizabeth@nolaarttherapy.com before your first session if you have questions about your insurance.

Please keep in mind that insurance companies may not cover couples therapy, career counseling, family therapy, or other services that do not meet medical necessity. If you have questions about your specific insurance policy’s benefits you can call the member services telephone number on the back of your insurance card. The CPT code we bill under for our intake session is 90791 and the CPT for regular sessions is 90837. You can discuss your insurance benefits with the office at elizabeth@nolaarttherapy.com.

After you are scheduled for your first therapy session, we will provide an estimated cost for sessions as long as we receive your insurance information in a timely manner.

If your insurance is not listed above, we do not accept it at this time. In order to receive services you would be responsible for self-pay rates.

If your insurance policy includes out of network benefits, we may still be able to process claims through your insurance provider.
