Please contact NOLA Art Therapy and Counseling at elizabeth@nolaarttherapy.com before your first session to verify your insurance information.

Please keep in mind that insurance companies may not cover couples therapy, career counseling, family therapy, or other services that do not meet medical necessity. If you have questions about your specific insurance policy’s benefits you can call the member services telephone number on the back of your insurance card and you can discuss your insurance benefits with the office at elizabeth@nolaarttherapy.com.

If your insurance is not listed above, we do not accept it at this time. In order to receive services you would be responsible for self-pay rates. If your insurance policy includes out of network benefits, we will provide a receipt/statement of services that you can submit for possible reimbursement and/or our office can verify your out of network rate. If additional information is needed by your health plan provider, we will try our best to submit the additional information with your written consent, but we cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.
